C3 provides residential and commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and related maintenance services across the Gulf Coast. Service availability, scope, and scheduling are subject to technician availability, weather, parts availability, and safety requirements.
Free assessments and estimates are provided in good faith based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional issues discovered during service may require further diagnosis and approval before work proceeds.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property or reach you at the scheduled appointment, a trip fee may apply where permitted.
We will provide an estimated arrival window when possible. Delays may occur due to emergencies, traffic, or prior jobs running longer than expected.
Quoted prices are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. We strive to provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before work begins. You authorize payment for approved services, parts, and applicable taxes.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice or agreement. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of maintenance plan benefits or collection efforts permitted by law.
Maintenance plans and recurring subscriptions are governed by the plan description, enrollment confirmation, and billing terms presented at checkout. Benefits, visit frequency, and covered services vary by plan.
You may cancel a recurring plan according to the cancellation terms provided at enrollment or in your account portal. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees for services already rendered unless required by law or stated in your plan agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our systems, or present a security or legal risk.
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site operation, submitting false information, or using automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.
Content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by C3 or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We stand behind our workmanship according to the warranty terms provided on your invoice or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of equipment after service, especially where pre-existing conditions, age, or improper prior installation contributed to the issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C3 and its employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or inaccurate information you provide, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
